Both services aim to deliver 1-2 working days after dispatch.
We strive to send out your dog accessory orders on the very day, provided you place them before the clock strikes noon (12pm). However, during busy periods like the festive season, it may take us 3-4 working days.
Now, for our Hooman goodies like t-shirts and sweatshirts, they're all made-to-order, so give us a little extra time—about 7 to 10 days—to craft and dispatch them with love.
In rare occasions, our delivery partners may take longer than expected due to factors beyond our control. We know it can be ruff to wait, but we kindly ask for your patience. If your parcel hasn't arrived within 5 working days after dispatch, give us a bark, and we'll sniff out a solution together!
RETURNS
30-DAY EASY RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, so if you change your mind for any reason at all, you will have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.
For Christmas orders, this is extended to 75 days.
Condition
For a return, ensure the item is unworn, unused, free from pet hair and in its original packaging.
Postage & Return Costs
Unless the item arrives damaged or faulty (with photo proof), return postage is at your expense. Original postage won't be refunded unless the item is damaged or faulty.
For returns using untracked delivery, make sure to get proof of postage as we can not be held responsible if the item goes missing on its return.
Non-Refundable Items
Digital Items and Gift Cards cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Exchanges
Return your item and make a new purchase for the desired one to get it faster.
Refunds
Refunds will be automatically processed within 10 business days.
